At Fab Stuff, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policies below before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • International: 7-15 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Processing

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed. 

Please ensure your details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items
  • Worn or damaged products (not due to manufacturer defect)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first
  • Then contact us for assistance

Fab Stuff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
